How to Locate the MAC Address on the ADC-VC826 Camera

The MAC address is required to enroll your ADC-VC826 camera into the Alarm.com Partner Portal and complete installation. It is not the same as the serial number (SN).

Where to Find the MAC Address

  • On the camera mount: A sticker on the ADC-VC826 mount lists the MAC address.
  • On the box: Another sticker is located on the bottom of the camera’s box. This label also includes the firmware version, marked as FW, that was preloaded on the device.
Important: Always use the MAC address for installation and network setup. Do not confuse it with the SN (Serial Number).

Why the MAC Address Matters

The MAC address uniquely identifies your ADC-VC826 on the network. It is used to:

  • Enroll the camera in the Partner Portal
  • Locate the device for troubleshooting
  • Configure network permissions and security
