The Slim Line Wi-Fi Doorbell Camera keeps you connected to your home with real-time alerts, video recordings, and easy-to-understand LED indicators. Below you’ll find instructions for setting up notifications, recording rules, and troubleshooting LED behaviors.

Push Notifications

Use the mobile app to set up instant alerts for your Slim Line Doorbell Camera:

Button Pushed: Be notified immediately when someone presses the doorbell.
Motion: Receive alerts when the camera detects motion near your door.

Quick Tip: Tap on a doorbell notification to instantly open the call screen and speak with your visitor. For faster response, select “Keep me logged in” on the app login screen.

Video Recording Rules

Choose which events trigger recordings using the app:

Button Pushed: Records a video clip when the doorbell button is pressed.
Motion: Records when the camera detects movement.
Event Triggered: Records when a connected sensor or alarm is activated.

Quick Tip: Recorded clips can be viewed anytime in the mobile app or customer portal.

LED Reference Guide

Normal Operation

Ready and working normally: Default green light (custom colors available in the app).
In Call Mode: Indicates an active call is in progress.
Starting Up: The device is powering on—please wait.

Requires Attention

No Wi-Fi Connectivity: Check your Internet connection or router settings.
Power Supply Issue: Verify the transformer and wiring; contact your installer if needed.

Troubleshooting Actions

Wi-Fi Access Point Mode: Press and hold the button for ~60 seconds until blinking. Connect to the temporary network and update Wi-Fi settings.
Power Cycle: Press and hold for ~70 seconds until blinking. This reboots the camera.
Factory Reset: Press and hold for ~80 seconds until blinking. This resets the camera and deletes all Wi-Fi/configuration info.
