Add additional SkyBell Doorbell Cameras

The customer may enroll as many doorbell cameras as their video service package or add-on includes.

To add an additional SkyBell Doorbell Camera:

Note: The following steps assume that the customer has at least one SkyBell Doorbell Camera already installed. If installing the first SkyBell Doorbell Camera on their account, see SkyBell Doorbell Camera (ADC-VDB101/102/105/106/105x/106x) - Installation Guide.

  1. Verify the new SkyBell Doorbell Camera is blinking red and green to indicate it is in Access Point (AP) mode. If the SkyBell Doorbell Camera is not in AP mode, press and hold the button until the LED alternates red and green.
  2. Log into the Customer app.
  3. Tap Menu.
  4. Tap Doorbell Camera.
  5. Tap Settings.
  6. Tap Add Camera.

    Note: If the Add Camera does not appear, the customer may have reached the maximum number of video devices their service package allows. Verify and update the customer's service package to allow additional cameras to be added. For more information about updating the service package, see Change or adjust the service package on a customer account.
     
  7. Proceed through the installation wizard to add the additional SkyBell Doorbell Camera.

    Important: Verify the wireless credentials are entered correctly during the installation.
