Stream Video Recorder (ADC-SVR100) Installation & Setup Guide

The ADC-SVR100 Stream Video Recorder allows you to locally store and playback video from your True Protection security cameras. This guide walks you through what’s included, the installation steps, and how to understand the LED indicators.

Required Items for Installation

• Stream Video Recorder (ADC-SVR100) and AC power adapter (included)
• Ethernet Cable (included)
• Broadband Internet connection (Cable, DSL, or Fiber Optic)
• Internet router
• Windows or Mac computer
• Customer account login and password

Packaging Contents

• 1 Stream Video Recorder (SVR)
• 1 Power adapter
• 2 Hard drive mounting brackets + screws (may be preinstalled if HDD included)
• 1 Security screw wrench (to open the SVR)
• 2 Zip ties
• 1 Ethernet cable

Step-by-Step Installation

1. Connect to the router: Use the Ethernet cable to connect the SVR to the same router as the cameras.
2. Power up: Connect the SVR to its AC adapter and plug into an outlet.
3. Wait for connection: Once the PWR LED is solid green, the SVR has a full internet connection.
4. Add to account: Use the MobileTech app, Customer app Video Installation Wizard, or log in via browser at addcamera page with customer credentials.
5. Follow prompts: Complete enrollment and setup by following on-screen instructions.
6. Associate cameras: Once added, connect cameras to the SVR through your account settings.
