How to Associate a Video Device with a Stream Video Recorder (SVR)
To start recording video footage, you must associate your video devices with a Stream Video Recorder (SVR). This can be done anytime through the Customer Website or during installation using the MobileTech app. Note that each video device can only record to one SVR at a time.
Important Notes
- A video device can only be associated with a single SVR.
- Any existing SVR recording schedule must be deleted before associating the device with another SVR.
- Storage is limited by the SVR’s hard drive capacity; recordings may overwrite when capacity is reached, even if a day limit is set.
