Alarm.com Stream Video Recorders have a remote interface on the Customer Website or app. Users can stream playback from specific times, adjust playback speed, see important sensor activity, and save/download clips.

The ADC-SVR122 and ADC-CSVR126 can also play video back locally. For more information about using the Stream Video Recorders' local interfaces, see Play back video locally using an ADC-SVR122 or Play back video locally using an ADC-CSVR126.

To view Smart View for SVR recordings using the Customer Website:

1. Log into the Customer Website.
2. Click Video.
3. Click Settings.
4. Click SVR Timeline.
5. Using the Select Camera Group dropdown, select a camera group if desired.
6. Click  to stream recordings.

Basic controls using the website

• Click  to skip forward 30 seconds.
• Click  to skip backward 30 seconds.
• Using the Speed dropdown menu, select the desired playback speed. The maximum playback speed on the Customer Website is 8x.
• Click Hour or Day to adjust the timeline scale.
• Click  to skip ahead by the selected timeline scale.
• Click  to skip back by the selected timeline scale.
• To select a specific playback date:
  1. Click .
  2. Click to select the desired date and time.
  3. Click Apply.

To adjust timeline event filters using the website:

1. Next to Activity, click .
2. Using the available dropdown menus, select the desired event filters.
3. Click Apply.

To view SVR recordings using the Customer app:

1. Log into the Customer app.
2. Tap .
3. Tap  Video.
4. Tap SVR.
5. Using the dropdown menu, select a camera.
   
   Note: The Customer app for the iPad shows all available video devices on a grid and does not have a dropdown menu.
    
6. Tap .

Customer app timeline features

Use the gray bar to select where to begin video:

• Drag the bar to the desired time.
• Tap anywhere on the timeline to jump to that point.
• Tap the forward/backward arrows to find more playback.

Playback controls on the Customer app

Controls	Description
Playback speed	Using the dropdown menu, select the desired playback speed from the available options. iPad Customer app: Tap the  and  buttons to adjust the playback speed. Note: The upload speed required for streaming playback is multiplied by the playback speed. For more information, see Commercial video internet bandwidth guidelines.
Timeline scale	Using the dropdown menu, select Hour, Day, Week. iPad Customer app: Tap the  and  buttons to adjust the timeline scale.
Currently selected time	Tap  to pick a date from the calendar.
