If the panel is not armed or disarmed within a given period, a signal is sent to the monitoring station. By default, the lack of usage signal period is set for 7 days. 

The signal is sent every time the panel has not been disarmed consecutively for the set time period.

Example: If the lack of usage is 7 days and is not disarmed for 15 days in a row, then a signal is sent on the 7^th day and also the 14^th day. 

To change lack of usage time using the Partner Portal:

1. Log into the Partner Portal.
2. Find the customer account.
3. Click Remote Toolkit.
4. In Command Catalog, click Timers.
5. Click Q22: Enter CS lack of usage notification time, in days (0-255).
6. In the New Value field, enter the desired period in days (0-255).
   
   Note: Entering the value 0 turns this feature off so no lack of usage signal is sent to the monitoring station. 
    
7. Click Change.

To change lack of usage time using MobileTech:

1. Log into MobileTech.
2. Find the customer account.
3. Tap Remote Toolkit.
4. Tap Command Catalog.  
5. Tap Timers.
6. Tap Q22: Enter CS lack of usage notification time, in days (0-255).
7. In the New Value field, enter the desired period in days (0-255).
   
   Note: Entering the value 0 turns this feature off so no lack of usage signal is sent to the monitoring station. 
    
8. Tap Change.

To change lack of usage time using the 2GIG GoControl panel:

1. Go to the home screen.
2. Tap Security.
3. Tap Menu.
4. Tap Toolbox.
5. Enter the installer code.
6. Tap Installer Toolbox.
7. Tap System Configuration.
8. Tap Go to, then tap [22] to go to Q22: Enter CS lack of usage notification time, in days (0-255).
9. Enter the desired period in days (0-255).
   
   Note: Entering the value 0 turns this feature off so no lack of usage signal is sent to the monitoring station. 
    
10. Tap End. 
11. Verify Save changes is selected, then tap Exit. The system reboots to save the changes.
