Z-Wave commands work from the 2GIG GoControl panel but not from Alarm.com

If commands work from the panel but not from the Alarm.com Customer Website or app:
- Verify the customer's service package has the automation device type selected.
- For more information about updating the service package, see Update the service package on a customer account.
- Verify programming questions 79 – 82 are enabled in the 2GIG GoControl's system configuration.
- For more information about required panel settings, see Manage Z-Wave devices on a 2GIG GoControl.
- If all programming questions are properly enabled but odd behaviors persist, see the following articles for further troubleshooting.
