The 2GIG HD100 has two operational modes that can be selected during the camera boot-up, Go!2.0 and Go!Control/Alarm.com (default). For the 2GIG HD100 to communicate with Alarm.com it needs to be in Go!Control/Alarm.com mode. 

The mode can only be changed by while the LED is flashing red and green (i.e., factory reset or power cycle). The camera will retain whatever mode it is in until changed/factory reset.

To change the operational mode:

• Press and hold the corresponding button for 3 or more seconds during boot-up while the LED is alternating between red and green.
  • Go!2.0 - Hold [A] button
  • Go!Control/Alarm.com (Default) - Hold [B] button
