Add Deako Smart Devices to Alarm.com
Integrate your Deako Smart Switches and lighting controls into your Alarm.com smart home system.
Why Connect Deako to Alarm.com?
Deako Smart Devices let you create sleek, modular, and upgradable smart lighting solutions. You can remotely control lights, set schedules, and include lighting in customized Scenes for full home integration.
Deako Scene Controller buttons are only compatible with Deako Scenes, but they can still be added to Alarm.com Scenes and run remotely.
Requirements
- iOS device running version 8.0+ or Android device running version 2.1+
- Alarm.com mobile app version 4.10.4+
- Current version of the Deako mobile app
- At least one Wi-Fi-enabled Deako Smart Device (e.g., Deako Connect, 2nd-gen Smart Switch)
- Light & Thermostat Bundle, or Lights service package add-on

How to Add Deako Smart Devices
You can integrate your Deako account with Alarm.com using the Add Device Portal on the Customer Website or app.
Steps (Customer Website)
- Log into the Customer Website.
- Click Settings → Manage Devices.
- Click Add Device.
- Select Lighting and Appliance Control.
- Choose Deako Smart Device and click Next.
- Enter the email and password for your Deako account, then click Sign In.
- Click Authorize to complete the integration.
