Remotely manage, arm, and disarm multiple partitions
print icon

A secondary partition appears on an account after the partition is enabled in the security panel and has at least one sensor associated with it. There are no additional service package costs to remotely control or use partitions on a customer account.

The arming level of a partition can be set to the desired status by clicking an individual partition to arm or disarm. A customer can remotely arm and disarm separate partitions individually using either the Customer Website or Customer app. Partitions are listed in alphabetical order in the Customer app to help organize systems with large amounts of partitions.

Note: SEM - Honeywell/ADEMCO Vista 20P panels have a common partition (partition 3) that arms to the lowest arming state depending on the other two partitions (e.g., if Partition 1 = Arm Away and Partition 2 = Arm Stay, then Partition 3 = Arm Stay, if Partition 1 = Disarmed and Partition 2 = Arm Stay, then Partition 3 = Disarmed).

To remotely arm and disarm individual partitions using the Customer Website:

  1. Log into the Customer Website.
  2. In the Security System card, click any partition.

  1. Log into the Customer app.
  2. In the Security System card, swipe to navigate to the partition to adjust. Then tap to select the partition.
