Important: mode selection is only available for Slim Line I Wi-Fi Doorbell Cameras (ADC-VDB105/106) on firmware version 3058 +.

Users can switch between Motion Detection 2.0 and Motion Detection 1.0 using the Customer Website or Partner Portal. For more information about the different types of motion detection modes, see What is Motion Detection 2.0 on the Slim Line I Wi-Fi Doorbell Camera?.

To adjust the motion detection mode using the Customer Website:

1. Log into the Customer Website.
2. Click Video.
3. Click Settings.
4. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired device.
5. Click Video Device Info.
6. Using the Motion Detection dropdown menu, select the desired motion mode.
7. Click Save.

To adjust the motion detection mode using the Partner Portal:

1. Log into the Partner Portal.
2. Find the customer account.
3. Click Equipment.
4. Click Video Devices.
5. Using the Video Device dropdown menu, select the desired device.
6. Using the Motion Detection dropdown menu, select the desired motion mode.
