Adjust Video Resolution and Quality — SkyBell Doorbell Cameras
Adjusting the video resolution and image quality of your SkyBell Doorbell Camera can improve performance in different network and lighting conditions.
Note: The SkyBell Doorbell Camera's image properties (such as brightness, contrast, or exposure) cannot be adjusted manually.
Adjust Video Resolution Using the Customer Website
- Log into the Alarm.com Customer Website.
- Click Video.
- Select Settings.
- From the Video Device dropdown, choose your SkyBell Doorbell Camera.
- Click Video Device Info.
- From the Video Resolution and Quality dropdown, select the desired resolution and quality.
- Click Save to apply changes.
Adjust Video Resolution Using the Customer App
- Log into the Alarm.com Customer App.
- Tap Doorbell Camera.
- Tap Settings.
- From the Resolution and Quality dropdown, select the preferred option.
- Tap Save to confirm changes.
