2GIG TS1 Wireless Touch Screen Keypad – Installation Guide

Overview & Requirements
- Indoor, wall-mounted color touchscreen keypad; duplicates many control-panel functions and can control lights, thermostats, and locks.
- Transceiver: 2GIG-XCVR2-345 must be installed in the control panel.
- Firmware: Go!Control panel v1.10+ and TS1 v1.10+ (match versions for proper communication).
- Capacity: Up to four (4) TS1 keypads per system.
- Note: TS1 does not support UL 985 installations.
Mounting & Power
Mounting
- Remove the screw, open the back cover, and use it as the mounting plate.
- Mark wire entry and screw holes; cut access hole if needed; secure the plate to the wall.
Power Options
- Barrel connector (newer units with AC plug option) – simplest method.
- Hardwire 14VDC observing polarity (+ / −) on both keypad and adapter terminals.

Tip: Keep measured adapter voltage at the panel power terminals ≥ 14VDC to avoid nuisance “AC Power Loss” messages. Use CL2/PLTC (or CL2P in plenum) where required by code.
Program (Pair) the TS1 to the Control Panel
- Connect power to the TS1; it will show “This Device is Not Paired with a Control Panel.”
- On the panel: tap logo → enter installer code → Installer Toolbox → System Configuration.
- Go to Q4: Select RF Keypad # → choose keypad slot (1–4) → Enable.
- Set Equipment Code to 1059 – 2GIG-TS1 Wireless Touch Screen Keypad.
- Tap Learn at the panel, then on the TS1 tap Pair with Panel. Confirm network ID and keypad ID on both devices.
- Save Changes → Exit to restart the control panel.
Voice descriptor: Optional; assign (e.g., “keypad one”) during programming. Exit delay is set globally in Q5.
Disable, Reset & Firmware
- Disable a TS1: In programming, set the RF Keypad slot’s Used to Disabled, save, and exit.
- Factory reset TS1: Power cycle, then press & hold Emergency and Home for ~20 seconds until both buttons illuminate; the screen shows “This Device is Not Paired with a Control Panel.”
- Match firmware: On panel: Security → Menu → Toolbox → (enter master code) → Version. Ensure panel and TS1 firmware versions match.
