If a radio network failure displays only on the 2GIG panel but the error does not appear in the event history on Alarm.com, it may be caused by a panel programming setting.

How to resolve:

In the 2GIG panel programming, configure Q30 to 255. This setting can be configured using the Partner Portal, MobileTech app, or the panel.

If the behavior continues after configuring this setting, contact Alarm.com CORE Technical Support.

To configure Q30 using the Partner Portal:
  1. Log into the Partner Portal.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Click Remote Toolkit
  4. In the Command Catalog, click to expand Timers
  5. Click Q30: Radio modem network failure time, in minutes (0-255)
  6. In New value, enter 255
  7. Click Change
To configure Q30 using the MobileTech app:
  1. Log into the MobileTech app.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Tap Remote Toolkit
  4. Tap Command Catalog.
  5. Tap to expand Timers
  6. Tap Q30: Radio modem network failure time, in minutes (0-255)
  7. In New value, enter 255
  8. Tap Change.
