Qolsys IQ Panel 2 – “Manage My System” Landing Page
What You’ll See
- Wi-Fi connectivity status (connected/disconnected, useful before dual-path testing)
- Panel software version (verify before scheduling firmware updates)
- Bluetooth radio state (On/Off; helpful when using Bluetooth Disarming)
Note: There are no additional service package requirements to use this feature.
Manage My System — example UI
Enable the “Manage My System” Landing Page
Using the Partner Portal
- Log into the Partner Portal.
- Find the customer account.
- Click Remote Toolkit.
- In Command Catalog, expand Debug & Testing.
- Click Allow software updates from “Manage My Home”.
- From the dropdown, select Enable → click Change.
Using the MobileTech App
- Log into the MobileTech app.
- Find the customer account.
- Tap Remote Toolkit → Command Catalog.
- Expand Debug & Testing.
- Tap Allow software updates from “Manage My Home”.
- Select Enable → tap Change.
