Qolsys IQ Panel 2 – “Manage My System” Landing Page

What You’ll See

  • Wi-Fi connectivity status (connected/disconnected, useful before dual-path testing)
  • Panel software version (verify before scheduling firmware updates)
  • Bluetooth radio state (On/Off; helpful when using Bluetooth Disarming)

Note: There are no additional service package requirements to use this feature.

Enable the “Manage My System” Landing Page

Using the Partner Portal

  1. Log into the Partner Portal.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Click Remote Toolkit.
  4. In Command Catalog, expand Debug & Testing.
  5. Click Allow software updates from “Manage My Home”.
  6. From the dropdown, select Enable → click Change.

Using the MobileTech App

  1. Log into the MobileTech app.
  2. Find the customer account.
  3. Tap Remote ToolkitCommand Catalog.
  4. Expand Debug & Testing.
  5. Tap Allow software updates from “Manage My Home”.
  6. Select Enable → tap Change.
