How to Replace the Batteries

  1. Remove the battery cover from the interior assembly of the lock.
  2. Insert four new AA alkaline batteries, ensuring the correct polarity.
  3. Reinstall the battery cover securely.

Note: If the low-battery alert does not automatically clear on the customer’s equipment list, request an updated status from the lock using the Partner Portal or MobileTech app.
