The temperature format that displays on the 2GIG GoControl panel can be changed by using the 2GIG GoControl panel, Partner Portal, MobileTech app, or the Customer app.

To change the temperature format (units) using a 2GIG GoControl panel:

1. Tap Security.
2. Tap Menu.
3. Tap Toolbox.
4. Enter the installer code.
5. Tap System Configuration.
6. Tap Go To. 
7. Tap 83 to navigate to Q83: Select Temperature Display Units.
8. Tap to select the desired value. 
9. Once complete, tap End. 
10. Verify Save changes is selected, and then tap Exit. 

To change the temperature format (units) using the Partner Portal: 

1. Log into the Partner Portal. 
2. Find the customer account. 
3. Click Remote Toolkit. 
4. In the Command Catalog, click to expand General. 
5. Click Q83: Select temperature display units (0 to 1).
6. Using the New value dropdown menu, select either Fahrenheit or Celsius. 
7. Click Change. Allow a few minutes for the updates to send to the panel.

To change the temperature format (units) using the MobileTech app: 

1. Log into the MobileTech app. 
2. Find the customer account. 
3. Tap Remote Toolkit. 
4. Tap Command Catalog.
5. Tap to expand General. 
6. Tap Q83: Select temperature display units (0 to 1).
7. Using the New value dropdown menu, select either Fahrenheit or Celsius. 
8. Tap Change. Allow a few minutes for the updates to send to the panel.
