Panel programming for the 2GIG GoControl 1 and 2 can be configured locally using the panel or remotely using the Partner Portal or MobileTech app. 

To configure panel programming using the panel: 

Note: To scroll between options on the control panel, tap the ← or → arrows. To move to the previous or next prompt, tap the ↑ or ↓ arrows.

1. Tap Security.
2. Tap Menu.
3. Tap Toolbox.
4. Enter the installer code.
5. In the Toolbox, tap → to scroll to Installer Toolbox. 
6. Tap Installer Toolbox. 
7. Tap System Configuration.
8. Tap Go To. 
9. Enter the programming number to adjust.  
10. Enter or select the desired value. 
11. Once complete, tap End. 
12. Verify Save changes is selected, and then tap Exit. The panel will automatically perform a power cycle. 

To configure panel programming using the Partner Portal: 

1. Log into the Partner Portal.
2. Find the customer account.
3. Click Equipment.
4. Click Panel.
5. In Panel Information, click View Panel Settings.
6. To configure panel programming, click .
7. To request current settings from the panel, click Upload All Devices.  

To configure panel programming using the MobileTech app: 

1. Log into the MobileTech app. 
2. Find the customer account.
3. Tap Equipment.
4. Tap Panel.
5. Tap Edit on a setting to configure it in panel programming remotely.
6. To request current settings from the panel:
   1. Tap to expand Panel Actions.
   2. Tap Upload All Settings.
