If Cell module not detected displays on a 2GIG GC3, perform the following steps to locally resolve the behavior. 

How to resolve: 

Verify compatible panel firmware 

Verify the panel firmware version is compatible with the module.

Select Cell Radio Swap 

If the panel firmware version is compatible, select Cell Radio Swap in panel programming. 

1. Tap System Settings. 
2. Enter the installer code. 
3. Tap Cell Radio Swap. 
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to swap the module.
   • Swap in the same module locally to allow the panel to search for the cell module.
