Once the 2GIG HD100 has a solid green LED to indicate it is connected to the Internet, enroll the camera to the customer's account. For more information about how to enroll cameras, see Enroll the video device to the customer account.
Note: Use the ETH MAC address if the MAC address is needed during enrollment on the Partner Portal or the MobileTech app. For more information, see Which MAC address on the 2GIG HD100 Video Camera is used?.
